Excited to have Tom Otton on my Podcast. Tom is the founder and director of Create Media Group and TEDx speaker. Tom, someone who ran the Marathon Des Sables, a six-day, 251 km ultramarathon through the Moroccan desert, someone who overcame cancer and now has an entrepreneurial mindset from which many young and established entrepreneurs and venture founders can only learn from. The inner fight and self-awareness are essential for him as he said -“don’t think what other people think about you”.
Building great relationships in businesses are a fundamental part of his day to day work. It’s about the people, the team, the clients we work with, and its relationship, which aims to build trust daily. The power of the team is so much stronger than any individual success.
