The Agile Mindshift Coaching is built on a three-phase, 100-day program that employs a bottom-up approach.

Our objective is to foster a sustainable agile mindset at the individual, team, and enterprise levels by implementing agile values, principles, and practices.

Phase 1: Executive Empowerment

Equip executives with agile values and soft skills to enable them to cultivate an agile culture within their teams.
Phase 2: Team Agile Understanding

Foster a shared understanding of agile principles and practices within the team through case studies and training.
Phase 3: Enterprise-Wide Agile Implementation

Apply agile project management frameworks to daily work to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Foundation

Creating a Management Agile Mindset

Executive Agile Coaching offers bi-weekly group sessions for managers and executives, focusing on coaching the fundamental four Agile Values through self-leadership and reflective coaching 2.0.

The objective is to empower executives to become ambassadors for agile mindsets, fostering sustainable implementation within their teams.

Agile Values to be Coached:

– Create empowering interactions for individuals over agile processes and tools.
– Foster efficient work environments.
Improve collaboration.
– Learn to adapt to change following a plan.
Total: 3 Group Sessions (each 120 minutes)

Team

Building a agile team work mindset for more productivity and happiness.

Team Agile Coaching offers bi-weekly group sessions with all teams to coach the 13 fundamental Agile Principles, along with essential personal development skills.

Our objective is to cultivate an Agile Team mindset, fostering self-organization and enhanced productivity.

Agile Principles and Personal Development Skills:

  • Self-Awareness and Leadership: Gain a broader perspective on your current situation.
  • Connecting the Dots: Reflect on the past, celebrate team achievements, and learn from experiences.
  • Goal Setting: Define the values and beliefs that guide your team.
  • Decision Making: Cultivate a clear mindset and prioritize effectively.
  • Building New Habits: Be receptive to opportunities and seize the initiative.
  • Creating the Next Agile Chapters: Proactively shape your team’s future and determine the next steps.

Total: 6 Group Sessions (120 minutes each)

Enterprise

Past weeks values and principles will be implemented into agile frameworks for practical use and day to day improvement.
